Tap Dogs: Grab Your Macs For The 'Spice Boys'

The Olivier award-winning Tap Dogs trotted into town and proved its cast were anything but 'dogs'.
'A High Voltage Tap Sensation!'

When six strapping blokes walked onto the stage it was a bit like seeing the Spice Boys - 'cheeky', "butch', "laidback,' "punky', "street-wise' and the "cool one'. Together the lads equalled pure and raw energy.

Tap Dogs is the brain child of Dein Perry, & his show has been touring worldwide to national acclaim with its impressive show of tight routines of sparkly tap infused with cheeky fun.

The designer and director of Tap Dogs, Nigel Triffit, is acknowledged as a leader in visual theatre, both in Australia and internationally.

Props - blowtorches to basket balls - ensure an enthralled audience as do a heap of rain macs worn by the front two rows. Go see for yourself the entertaining why.

An exciting explosion of ballsy beats, and a refreshing (especially for the mac wearers) take on an often forgotten dance form - Tap Dogs really is a must see whether you're a Fred Astaire fan or not.
