A Much-Missed Brighton Venue Is Making A One Day Only Comeback

Event and Event II are returning to Brighton, for one day only. The pop-up will see the original team behind the famous clubs taking over the very same site on 10th August 2024.

From 3pm-8pm, revellers can expect plenty of throwbacks, with two of the original Event II DJs, Steve Taggert and Paul Johnson on the line-up – the strictly 30+ party is sure to bring back memories – even the signage and décor will look familiar.

John Pugh, Marketing Manager of PRYZM Brighton said:

"Over the years we've spoken about the possibility of creating an Event reunion, and now feels the right time to do it.

"We're bringing back some of the original DJs, music, atmosphere and people, only this time, we"re doing it as a day party so no late night!

"Those who used to join us at Event and Event II will know that they're in for one hell of a party, and we're excited to create the same atmosphere with faces from the past."

Event opened in 1990 and was later refitted and reopened as Event II in 1996. Since 2011, it's been the home of PRYZM Brighton.

Party-goers are able to purchase tickets on Fixr, from just £11:
