Brighton's BTN Radio To Host Second We Are Love Festival Featuring Loose Ends, Ron Trent & Children of Zeus

The good people of 1BTN, Brighton's specialist music radio station, are gearing up to welcome 1500 people back to Bentley Farm Estate for the second We are Love festival from 25th – 28th July. 

The four-day gathering of music, love, family and dancing features a line up including Ron Trent, Mad Professor, Loose Ends, Children of Zeus, Crazy P, Dele Sosimi, Chris Coco"s The Chill Out Tent, Marc Mac, Felix Dickenson, Phil Milson, Nancy Noise, Make A Dance and more.  

It all happens in the East Sussex countryside, just 20 minutes from Brighton and two hours from London. 

A consciously curated wellness space features massage, gong baths, beauty treatments and more. 
 
Since its inception in 2015 the not-for-profit radio station 1BTN it has delivered a diverse, eclectic and specialist programme of music 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. 

It was recently announced as one of the eight community radio stations to collaborate with Giles Peterson's We Out Here festival and his own station, Worldwide FM. 

We Are Love festival is an independently organised and thoughtfully tailored get-together of music, dance and love created by Mickey Jukes, founder of 1BTN.
 
"The idea was always to have a festival event that reflects the diversity of music and talent that we have on 1BTN. 

"It really is a passion project and very much a labour of love - and love is ultimately at the heart of it all. 

"I wanted to create a space where our music community can come together and share in the making of wonderful memories, friendships, love and happiness, all underpinned by a super dope musical journey. We Are Love, it's as simple as that really" 
 
We Are Love is four bliss-filled days and magical party nights where revellers can dance in the rolling meadows and enjoy a rave in the mystical woods.

Multi-platinum-selling neo-soul superstar Maxwell has been announced as the first headliner for next summer's Love Supreme Jazz Festival, which returns to Glynde Place in East Sussex from July 4th - 6th 2025.

Andy Nyman and Jeremy Dyson's supernatural Ghost Stories visits Theatre Royal Brighton, next July. The production was last seen in the UK in 2019 when, after a run at the Lyric Theatre, Hammersmith, the show transferred to the Ambassador's Theatre for its latest West End Run.

The Brighton Half Marathon returns to the city on Sunday 2nd March 2025. Last year thousands of runners took to the streets of Brighton and Hove in the Half Marathon, Wheelchair Race and Youth Races. This year the race will have a new home on Hove Lawns and the Youth Races will take place the day before on Saturday 1st March 2025. 

Glyndebourne will stage the largest mainstage community opera in its history in February 2025, featuring over one-hundred-and-forty local people performing on stage and in the orchestra pit.
