Since it was established twenty-six years ago, Artwave has become an annual summer attraction in East Sussex.
The nature of the event gives art lovers the chance to discover new artists, meet the makers, and buy direct from them.
The diverse range of work on show includes jewellery, painting, sculpture, printmaking, textiles, illustrators, ceramics, stone carving, metalwork, photography and performance art.
Artwave showcases some of the very best creative talent, and runs until 1st September 2019.
Visitors can follow the trails and visit artists where their art is created around Lewes, Newhaven, Seaford and surrounding villages - all for free!
Councillor Ruth O"Keeffe, Cabinet Member for Tourism, said:
"This arts event is genuinely like no other. Being able to visit so many wonderfully creative people, often in their own homes, provides an added dimension to appreciating the artwork on show.
"I encourage everyone to pick up a brochure or go online and plan a visit, through rural idylls or bustling towns, you are guaranteed to discover some real Artwave gems."
