Shamanic Dance Course: Life, Mind, Body & Soul Healing
In this group you will enter deep states of magical consciousness through a process that involves intuitive movement, journeying, ritual and honest communication.
It will be a closed group of no more than 13 people in which you will have the opportunity to develop a deep trust, enabling intense transformational journeys in order to explore and heal both personal and group issues.
When this process is used effectively, you will leap ahead in your personal development and move beyond blocks, fears, negative patterns and painful memories towards your full potential.
Structure of a Session:
• Ritual of the sacred circle – to raise the consciousness and prepare for journeying
• Physical warm up – to prepare the body for movement and notice emerging themes
• Intuitive movement process – opening to visions, journeys and experiences
• Group reflection – to process, share and clarify the experience
